Dubrow further explained that if left untreated, Brandi’s condition could become more challenging to address and lead to irreversible damage, including more scarring and the development of painful nodules. “This could become more difficult to treat if not addressed quickly,” Dubrow said. “Brandi needs a diagnosis. She probably needs a surgical intervention to get a piece of tissue and figure out what’s going on.”
