Young and the Restless spoilers for April 14-18, 2025 see Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) one-upping Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and upsetting him, and also about Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) insisting that he knows best.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor’s Smugness and Jack’s Countermove

So, as this week ends, we have Victor Newman feeling pretty good, pretty smug, when Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) insists she’s glad that Claire Grace Newman (Hayley Erin) has Kyle Abbott to lean on after all the Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) drama. Of course, Victor doesn’t like it.

He thinks Kyle is only going to lead Claire Grace Newman (Hayley Erin) into heartbreak, and he brings up that Kyle made Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) suffer. But let’s be clear, Kyle was the one being made to suffer by Summer most of the time. Victor has it all twisted, but The Mustache is so fixated on Abbott revenge right now that he’s just making up things to rationalize his actions.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victoria Fights for Claire

So, after Victoria tries to fight on Claire’s behalf for her dad to stay out of this romance with Kyle, Victoria takes off just as Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) shows up, and she has decided to take Victor up on his offer.

If he will fund a company for Audra, she will make it look like she seduced Kyle so that Claire will dump him. So, going into next week, Victor’s feeling very smug and like all his ducks are in a row. And that’s when Jack Abbott shows up with a shotgun and starts playing duck hunt, metaphorically blowing them out of the water in a systematic fashion.

GCAC Confrontation: Jack’s Good Mood and Victor’s Spies Exposed – Young and the Restless

So, next week on Young and the Restless, spoilers have Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) having dinner with Michael Baldwin (Christian Leblanc) at the GCAC when Jack strolls up on them. Michael is all smiles because he personally wishes the Abbott no ill will, and he notices that Jack seems to be in a good mood. And Michael asks, “Why is Jack so happy?” and he thanks Michael for asking and says, “Where do I start?”

Now, this could be something mild like, “Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) redecorated the house and it looks great.” Or, you know, “I’m happy my sister Traci Abbott’s (Beth Maitland) insane fiancée Alan Laurent/Martin (Christopher Cousins) was arrested.” But what I’m really hoping is that Jack tells Victor and Michael that he ferreted out some moles at Glissade that were trying to spy on Jabot activities and that were poking their noses in and asking strange questions.

And it would be even better if Jack says he traced the spies back to Victor and fired them all because the mustache has been counting on these spies. That would put a huge wrinkle in Victor’s plans to take down Jack and Jabot. And I actually bet it would make Michael happy because he really does not want to be involved in this vendetta against Jack. It’s just ridiculous. Of course, switching this around could leave Victor laser-focused on punishing Kyle if he can’t find a way to destroy Jack.

Nick’s London Trip and Victoria’s Concerns: Sharon’s Drama on Young and the Restless

Also next week, Victoria is with her big brother Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), and she is worried about him. We know that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), Nick, and Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) are planning a trip to London to see Noah Newman (Rory Gibson). And it looks like Nick is telling Victoria that the trip is back on now that Alan/Martin is in the slammer facing kidnapping charges.

But next week on Young and the Restless, spoilers say Victoria gets all fired up and asks Nick, “Don’t you need a break?” And he totally misses what Victoria is getting at because Nick says that’s what this trip would be, a break. You know, that’s what vacations are. But Victoria clarifies that she means he should take a break from Sharon and all her drama.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victoria Done with Nick?

So clearly, Victoria has had enough of Nick always riding to rescue Sharon like her knight in shining armor. But let’s be real, Nick’s always going to be there for Sharon. And I imagine that Victoria would chill out if she knew that Sharon made a play to reunite with Nick and he put her firmly in the friend zone. Because I am sure Victoria, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), and Victor are all concerned that Nick is going to wind up back in a romance with Sharon, which could spell trouble.

Lily, Damian, and Victor’s Deception: Winters Way and a Mystery Rivalry on Y&R

Also next week on Y&R, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) gives Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) one last chance to convince her that she can trust him. Now we all know Victor has been feeding Lily some inaccurate and misleading information where Damian and Aristotle Dumas are concerned because Victor’s got this long-running rivalry with this mystery guy.

And he told Lily that Dumas and Damian were digging up info on Winters way before Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) contacted Damian, which so far seems to be a big fat fib. At the very least, it’s a he said he said where you can’t tell what’s true, but it seems like it’s not honest. It seems like Victor is trying to poison the well against Dumas in case the guy comes to town, which we fully expect to happen in May sweeps, which kicks off later this month on April the 24th.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Lily Lays it All Out

After Lily throws down this gauntlet, Damian tells her he’ll tell Lily everything with one condition. And it should be interesting to hear what Damian has to say and if he will tell Lily the whole truth or if he’s going to hold something back. Now I’d be willing to guess that the condition Damian sets is that Lily cannot tell anybody, not even her brother Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) or cousin Nate, and especially not Victor.

I’m guessing Lily will say whatever she has to say to get the info that she wants. And that could be when Damian spills the beans that Dumas and Victor hate each other and that they have been playing dirty with each other in business for a long time. That might even be why Damian is fronting some of Dumas’ businesses to make it look like he’s the one who owns and runs them to get Victor off of their scent. So there’s a lot of backstory that they’ve invented for this new character.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Lily On to Victor

And let’s be real, Lily knows exactly how ruthless that Victor can be. He cheated her out of chancellor when he lied to Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) and misled her to get her to sell the company to him. And that came after setting Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) up and then after lying to Lily for months and months when he and Nikki were both promising Lily that she would be CEO if she could help convince Jill to sell.

Because it came out, Victor got what he wanted. He lied to Lily. He gave the company to Nikki to run. And then Nikki tried to say, “Well, we didn’t really lie.” When they 100% lied to her. So Lily needs to listen very carefully to what it is that Damian is saying. And this could be the beginning of Lily and Damian getting closer. We’ll see. There’s a tossup of whether she’ll be with him or she might be with Dumas. We’ll see.
