Tamra Judge REVEALS She’s at Her Breaking Point With Filming – Will She Leave ‘RHOC’ for Good?
Tamra Judge is getting real about her emotional struggles, admitting she’s been in a dark place while filming Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19 and even questioning if she should walk away for good.
After shocking fans with an Instagram post declaring she was “out,” the reality star addressed her mental health and uncertainty about returning to the Bravo series on the latest episode of her Two Ts in a Pod podcast.
“I think I just hit a wall. There’s so much going on in my life,” Tamra, 57, admitted, explaining that therapy has forced her to confront personal challenges. “I just feel like I’m gonna be in a full depressed mode.”
She added that filming has only intensified her struggles. “When I get like this, my body just shuts down … And it’s really hard to film like that.”
Although she didn’t specify exactly what’s weighing on her, Tamra acknowledged that her close friend and co-host Teddi Mellencamp’s ongoing cancer battle has taken an emotional toll. Teddi, 43, recently revealed that doctors found five more tumors in her body.
“Teddi gave me a pep talk, and that’s the first time I’ve laughed in so long,” Tamra shared. “She just yelled at me and said, ‘Listen to me, I have to be bald and fat right now and going through this. You get your ass back over there.’”
Tamra’s initial Instagram post announcing her departure left Real Housewives of Orange County fans wondering if she was done for good.
“It was a long run! When life gives you real problems, this reality s— doesn’t make sense,” she wrote. “Peace out … I’m out.”
Andy Cohen later addressed her comments on Andy Cohen Live, suggesting that Tamra’s reaction may be tied to Teddi’s health struggles. “One of her best friends is going through an incredibly intense health crisis,” he noted. “So, maybe keep that in mind.”
Despite the uncertainty, Tamra hinted that she may not be gone for good, saying she hopes to find her spark again.
