It is safe to say Kody Brown likely never meant his exaggerated tale as an unforeseen gift to Janelle Brown when he boasted about it on camera. It’s also safe to say that Janelle might not even see it as a gift, but today, many Sister Wives fans see it that way.
This season, fans hear an unplugged version of how Robyn Brown was like a wrecking ball to the Brown family. To be fair, it wasn’t all her fault, as Kody Brown built that pedestal he placed her on for the world to see.
So, this season seemed to bring along leaks galore, as each Sister Wives spouse, including Kody Brown, brought up negative incidents that Robyn somehow played a part in.

Whether Janelle Brown sees this as a gift from the Sister Wives patriarch or not is unknown. But what we do know is something that Kody said left an impression on her. She offered it up on the latest episode.
Kody lacking a filter never seemed more apparent than it’s been in the last few Sister Wives seasons. He once described what it meant to him meeting Robyn: ‘Well, all of a sudden, I met Robyn, and she’s this Diesel jeans model, and she’s everything I want.”
Janelle’s comeback was perfection. On Sunday night’s episode, her reaction to this had the fans going wild. So Kody calling Robyn a Diesel Jeans model put Janelle in rare form. She described the impression this left on her: “And I’m thinking, ‘That’s rich, dude.”
