The Florida Panthers will look awfully similar next season.
After bringing back Sam Bennett, Brad Marchand and Aaron Ekblad in the lead up to the opening of free agency, Florida has reunited with Tomas Nosek, as well.
The Panthers and the 32-year-old centre agreed to a contract on Tuesday, according to Tim Reynolds of The Associated Press.
The six-foot-three Nosek provided the Panthers with some solid minutes on their fourth line, recording a positive rating and nine points in 59 regular-season games. In the post-season, he played in 16 games and averaged over 11 minutes of ice time per contest.
A 10-year NHL veteran, Nosek has played for Florida, New Jersey, Boston, Vegas and Detroit. In 493 career games, he has 45 goals and 71 assists.
