Porsha Williams SCORES HUGE In Court… Gets $40K A MONTH And That Rolls-Royce Is HERS Now!
Porsha Williams just scored a major legal victory in her contentious divorce from estranged husband Simon Guobadia.
According to The Breakfast Club, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star appeared in court via Zoom on June 11, following Simon’s recent deportation to Nigeria. During the day-long hearing, a judge ruled to enforce the couple’s prenuptial agreement—ultimately awarding Porsha significant financial support and luxury assets.
“Porsha Williams won in divorce court. A judge ruled to enforce her prenup with her ex, Simon Guobadia,” a host confirmed on the June 12 broadcast.
“Now that is a huge deal because they’ve been going back and forth over several things, including the home that she currently lives in, the car, the Rolls-Royce.”
A source close to the proceedings revealed to the show that Simon, 61, has been ordered to pay Porsha, 43, $40,000 per month in alimony for the next 14 to 15 months. He’ll also be responsible for covering her legal fees, and she will retain ownership of the Rolls-Royce he previously gifted her. The court also addressed the couple’s $7 million marital home.
While the house was a premarital asset of Simon’s, both parties now share 50% equity. Porsha has until 2027 to decide whether she wants to remain in the home or sell it. If she chooses to stay, she’ll be required to refinance and buy out Simon’s share. In the meantime, Simon has been ordered to continue paying the mortgage and related expenses.
Despite the lengthy hearing—reportedly lasting from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.—there was no direct interaction between the former spouses during the virtual appearance. However, the insider noted Simon “walked away pissed” after the ruling.
“Simon is exploring the options of an appeal. He has 30 days to file this with the court,” the host added.
Porsha filed for divorce in February 2024 after just 15 months of marriage. The couple’s short-lived union was marked by multiple legal battles, public disputes, and Simon’s recent legal troubles, including his deportation.
