Porsha Williams Explains Wanting To Sleep With Another Housewife’s Husband
Porsha Williams had plenty to set straight during her latest appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 43, addressed multiple rumors head-on during the Sunday, April 27 broadcast — including allegations that she made an inappropriate comment about wanting to sleep with Angela Oakley’s husband, former NBA star Charles Oakley. The claims surfaced during a recent episode of RHOA, but according to Porsha, there was a lot more context than viewers saw.
“Miss Inspector Gadget … First of all, my public apologies. But I don’t know Henny-thing that happened. It was a late night Kiki. I don’t know Henny-thing,” Porsha insisted, laughing off the drama. “[But] she wasn’t supposed to hear that. Everybody was spilling tea, as you can hear, everybody was spilling tea.”
Clearing Up Dennis and Drew Rumors
Another hot topic was the ongoing buzz surrounding her ex, Dennis McKinley, and his alleged connection with RHOA co-star Drew Sidora, 39. Despite swirling rumors, Porsha shared that she doesn’t believe anything inappropriate happened — but wouldn’t be upset if it did.
“If they have, like I said, as long as she can do baby hair for Pilar, I’m all for it, like get married … I like Drew. Drew’s a good mother,” she told Andy Cohen.
Guest Gizelle Bryant, 54, followed up, asking if Porsha would really want Drew to step into a stepmother role for Pilar, now six years old. Porsha responded simply: “He has [his] own personal life.”
However, she did hint that she believes the chatter might have been manufactured for attention. “I genuinely think that they made it up to get my attention,” Porsha continued. “Dennis knows that he can get a reaction out of me, so I think that helped the storyline for her music, maybe.”
Cringy College Comment
Porsha also reacted to Drew’s comment, made to Shamea Morton, 42, suggesting her music earnings could help pay for Pilar’s college tuition — a remark that didn’t sit well with her.
“I thought that was cringy. I did. I thought it was cringy,” Porsha said. “It was told to me way harsher than I saw her say it from Shamea. But you know, at the end of the day, Shamea felt a way, and she relayed it to me how she received it.”
Still, Porsha kept things measured. “When I saw it, I didn’t get upset necessarily, but I thought it was cringe. Just don’t mention people’s daughters.”
She added, addressing Andy directly, “If you’re already doing what you’re doing, do it and make money for even your kids, who may need college money.” When Andy jokingly asked, “My kids?” Porsha quipped back, “Yeah, yours. Drew’s gonna pay for your kids.”
Angela and Charles Oakley — And a Look at Atlanta’s Social Scene
As for Angela’s tight alliance with Drew, Porsha expressed doubts about the strength of their bond.
“I don’t think they’re that close like that,” she said. “There were certain signs that were in this episode to show that Angela’s a little iffy about Drew for some reason.”
When Charles Oakley came up again, Porsha dismissed any suggestion that he had a broader dating history with the RHOA cast.
“I thought we knew that when Angela joined. Atlanta’s small. He dated Sheree [Whitfield], but he married Angela,” she said, shutting down rumors that Charles had dated Phaedra Parks, 52. “Charles just knows some of the ladies from the show just because he has a big personality, but no, I don’t think he dated any of the housewives that are on right now.”
Updates on Simon Guobadia and Kim Zolciak
Porsha also shared personal updates about her ongoing divorce from Simon Guobadia, 60, confirming a court date was coming up soon.
“We’re going to court very soon, so I may be divorced within the next week or so,” she stated.
As for Kim Zolciak, 46, Porsha revealed that she recently caught up with the fellow Housewives alum amid Kim’s own marital drama.
“I saw her at Houston’s maybe about three or four months ago … and she looked amazing. Both of us were super stressed that day. We had court, both of us,” Porsha recalled. “But I just told her, ‘Look, let’s just push through. Let’s just push through b*tch. Let’s eat good, find somebody to pass the time away and make it through this mess.’”
Welcoming Mia Thornton to Atlanta
Porsha also reacted to news that Real Housewives of Potomac star Mia Thornton, 40, is making a move to Atlanta.
“I welcome her to Atlanta. I do. I like Mia. I think Mia’s a good time,” Porsha said, adding that she looked forward to Mia joining the vibrant social scene.
On the WWHL: After Show, Porsha circled back to Shamea’s music drama, sharing a final thought about shading her friend’s song: “Um, yeah. Sure. Absolutely. I thought she sounded like Drew. It like, stacked. It actually sounded like Drew to me. But I love her song. She’s amazing. Please go pick it up. It was no shade to my friend, for real.”
