Melissa Gorga Fires Back After Teresa Giudice SHADES Her Sprinkle Cookie Business!
Melissa Gorga fired back at Teresa Giudice’s shady comment about her sprinkle cookie business after her sister-in-law appeared to throw shade on X (formerly Twitter), posting a cryptic “You’re welcome” just a day later.
Melissa didn’t hold back when asked about the comment during the December 18 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “Well, she’s welcome for giving her someone to hate on for the last decade,” Melissa quipped, referring to her longtime tension with Teresa. “So, she’s welcome.”
Even host Andy Cohen acknowledged their tumultuous dynamic. “You’ve both done so much for each other,” he remarked, hinting at their complicated family history.
Bravo fans know this sprinkle cookie feud runs deep. The infamous cookie debacle dates back to RHONJ Season 3, when Teresa revealed why Melissa’s dessert didn’t sit well with her — literally.
“She came to my house Christmas day, she brought me sprinkle cookies. I said to her, ‘Melissa, nobody touched the cookies you brought. I threw them in the garbage. You know what my favorite cookies are? Pignoli cookies.’ That’s what I said,” Teresa recounted during the season.
More than a decade later, Melissa is reclaiming the sprinkle cookie narrative with her new brand. The first orders shipped on December 12, just in time for the holidays. During her WWHL appearance, Melissa explained why she felt now was the perfect time to launch.
“Timing is everything, Andy. Timing is everything,” she shared.
“Everything happens for a reason, I really believe in that… I think people really just miss [The Real Housewives of New] Jersey, so they are so excited for this. I’m so happy that SprinkleByMG.com is gonna be in everyone’s home for Christmas. I’m very excited, thank you.”
The sprinkle cookie saga may have started as a family feud, but Melissa’s turning it into a business win—one chic cookie at a time.
