Mauricio Umansky Spotted Kissing Mystery Blonde During L.A. Date Night!
Mauricio Umansky seems to be moving on — and not shy about showing it.
The real estate mogul, 54, was recently spotted getting cozy with a mystery blonde during a night out in Los Angeles on May 12. In photos obtained by multiple outlets, Mauricio was seen walking hand in hand with the woman, who later slipped on his black jacket as he leaned in for a kiss. At one point, the two appeared caught up in the moment, with Mauricio lifting her into his arms while smiling from ear to ear.
This isn’t the first time Mauricio, founder of The Agency and star of Buying Beverly Hills, has turned heads since his split from longtime wife Kyle Richards.
Nearly a year after the couple’s separation was confirmed, Mauricio was seen kissing a different woman at the airport in Mykonos, Greece in July 2024. That passionate PDA made headlines — and eventually made its way into a Season 13 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
“I got photographed, you know, in the airport,” Mauricio told Kyle during a sit-down on the show. “You know that I would never want to do anything on purpose that would hurt you or the kids. I really am sorry for hurting you.”
Kyle, 56, acknowledged the apology but admitted she had her doubts about the motives of the woman in the photos. “I don’t know that the other person didn’t know that,” she said. “But obviously that’s hard to see. We are separated, and we’re allowed to do what we want in this time. It’s just strange.”
Despite the complicated emotions, the exes have remained relatively cordial. When news of their separation broke in July 2023, a source told PEOPLE that Kyle and Mauricio were “still living under the same roof” and figuring out the future of their family.
The former couple shares daughters Alexia, 28, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17. Kyle also has a daughter, Farrah Brittany, 36, from her previous marriage.
Since the split, Mauricio has also been linked to influencer Alexandria Wolfe and model Klaudia K. While it’s unclear whether his most recent PDA marks a serious new relationship, one thing is certain: Mauricio appears to be fully embracing the next chapter of his life.
