Alexia Nepola Finalizes Divorce from Todd Nepola — But Says They’re Still in Touch and on Good Terms!
Alexia Nepola is officially divorced—but not completely separated. The Real Housewives of Miami star confirmed that her split from husband Todd Nepola has been finalized, while also revealing that their connection remains intact.
“After thoughtful reflection, Todd and I have reached an amicable divorce settlement,” Alexia shared in a statement to PEOPLE. “While our marriage has legally ended, our relationship has not.”
The couple, who were married for nearly three years, finalized their divorce on March 17. According to court documents, both parties signed the settlement voluntarily and with legal counsel. However, they’ve opted to keep the details private, requesting that the terms not be filed publicly with the court.
Alexia went on to express that she and Todd are still supporting one another despite the end of their marriage. “We continue to love and support each other as we navigate this next chapter. We appreciate the understanding, love, and support from our family, friends, and fans,” she said.
Fans of Real Housewives of Miami were stunned when Todd filed for divorce in April 2024 without much public warning. At the time, Alexia made it clear she hoped to reconcile.
“Todd and I are trying to figure things out,” she shared during BravoCon in November. “We’re still working on getting better and getting stronger… we really do love each other a lot.”
Back in 2024, during a panel in Miami, Alexia still considered herself married even when he filed. “I am not dating anyone,” Alexia shared on stage. “I’m still married. I’m wearing my ring.”
The emotional admission came just months after Todd, 52, filed to end their marriage after nearly three years together. But Alexia made it clear she’s not ready to give up on their relationship—and would even walk away from RHOM if it meant saving it.
“I love Todd,” she told a podcast while their divorce was still on. “I’ve always said that we love each other. It was just [that] we have had a lot [of issues because of] the show.”
Alexia admitted the show put immense strain on their relationship, revealing that Todd “doesn’t like” the spotlight.
“It’s hard to do these shows on your own if your husband doesn’t support it,” she said, explaining that Real Housewives brought “a lot of pressure” into their marriage.
Alexia and Todd began dating in 2017 and tied the knot in 2021.
Production on Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Miami began in September 2024, and a trailer is expected to drop in the coming months.
