The 2025 NBA Play-In schedule kicks off on April 15th and runs through April 18th, 2025. The games take place prior to the first round of the 2025 NBA Playoffs. The teams that finish ranked 7-10 in each conference compete in the tournament. They will be fighting it out for the overall #7 and #8 seeds. We have the blank, printable bracket and TV times and matchups for you here as they are confirmed by the NBA.
How does the SoFi NBA Play-In Tournament Work?
The Play-In tournament is based on the NBA regular season standings. The teams who finish ranked #1-6 in the standings are in the playoffs. Then, the teams who come in 7-10 face off in the battle for the seven and eight seeds. In each conference the Play-In starts with the #7 hosting the #8 seed. The winner gets the 7 seed. The loser then plays the winner of the 9 vs 10 seed for the last spot in the playoffs (and the #8 seed).
